I was very impressed at how organized the house was with labs and a binder of things to do and having enough towels, blankets, pillows...etc. Our stay of 10 was a little tight for sleeping quarters, due to everyone being a couple. But there is the option for a couple to sleep on the couch or the pull out couch in the living room, which is what we did.
