"We stayed in unit #204 the first week of April 2008. We had a great time. The unit had been remodeled and had a great view of the beach. Beach access was cumbersome, but we spent most of our time touring the island. This complex has a great central location on the island. The complex was clean and well kept. The exterior of the building was being painted during our visit, but it should be complete by now. We rented directly for the owner. Chuck was very friendly and accommodating. He processed our deposit refund promptly. My wife and I would definitely stay in #204 on our next visit to Kauai."
