The house is located on the lakeside of highway 28 with easy access in the winter and walks to the beach in the summer without crossing any roads.

Forested view from dining room and generous kitchen. Upgraded appliances; range, oven and microwave. Large master bedroom with lake views and TV and DVD. Second bedroom with lake view. Third room (4 twin bunks) downstairs with TV and DVD player.

There are 4-5 acres of conservancy land behind the house, the house is located on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood on the lakeside of North Lake Blvd.
