Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Rates are for 6 person occupancy. Additional guests, up to 8, are priced at an additional $25/person/night. 11.05% San Diego City tax for all stays under 30 days. Holiday and special event periods may be priced higher. Minimum stays vary depending on days of the week, season, calendar availability, and lead time for arrival. Please inquire. 50% of rental cost due at time of booking, balance due 30 days before arrival. $175 exit cleaning fee and fully refundable $500 damage deposit required with all stays.
