"Our family really enjoyed the Airbnb. Drew was very responsive. It was a perfect location as it was close to LaJolla and then if you wanted to go to other areas it was only about 20 minutes. It was clean and the deck area was exactly as shown.....wonderful. We are a family from New Jersey and we were going to all the surroundings suggestions that we heard about. It wasn't until our 4th day that we explored Pacific Beach and the boardwalk area. That became our favorite area in San Diego right down the (Website hidden by Airbnb) many nice places right on the water or a block up....Waterbar is on the boardwalk and a great place to have dinner and watch the sunset. Second Nature for coffee/breakfast on Cass Street, Fig Tree Cafe(breakfast) and French Gourmet Cafe for Pastry and the Tourquise Europa for night time coziness on Cass Street we loved as well. Also an uber driver suggested Snooze for breakfast about a 15 minute drive, well worth it! "PERFECT FOR FAMILIES! Drew's place is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a beautiful view! Our family loved the layout of the home. Lots of great seating around the huge TV for watching movies. The large dining room table is also perfect for game playing. And the two large outdoor decks are wonderful gathering places for eating meals, conversations or relaxing. The gas fireplace in the living room was also a nice touch. The beds were super comfortable, which was a welcome change from the previous hotel we stayed in! One of the best things about Drew's house is the location. It was the perfect hub for all of our activities. So much to do and see within a very short distance! With the nights getting chilly this time of year we all really enjoyed the fire pit and tall gas heater. We took a walk down to the beach (about 1 1/4 miles down the street). A real nice grocery store is very close. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped which was great because we did a lot of cooking! A couple of negatives would be that the baths could use an upgrade and it really isn't a quiet neighborhood (busy street nearby). There also was construction going on right below the back deck so sitting out there during the day wasn't all that pleasant.  "We had a wonderful stay in this amazing home. Drew was very easy to work! He answered all my questions in a very timely manner. They thought of everything! There was nothing that we needed that was not taken care of. From board games, to books, to an incredible selection of movies on the tvs, to the ping pong table, the foosball table, plus the incredible deck with fantastic views and beautiful fire table. That is not even including the surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest and beach bikes. This was truly a relaxing vacation because everything was taken care of! We were pleasantly surprised by the condition of this immaculate home. It was very clean, well decorated, and homey at the same time. I am always concerned when going off of pictures from the internet, the pictures did not do this home justice! We were on a family vacation with 4 sons from the age of 14-21, they loved everything and hated to leave. That is not said at most places. "My wife and I stayed here for a few nights with our five children, and were pleased to find the house very clean and prepared for us. Everything worked great and we had no problems or surprises. The owner was quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay. The patio really is as fun as it looks in the photos. We were very happy with it all and would stay here again. There is an Albertson's within walking distance, and a few restaurants, including Oscar's, which has excellent fish tacos. "The house is spacious and has two large decks with great views all over the ocean, the bay and San Diego. There is a large fire table at the main deck as well as a professional BBQ. The Kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of stuff in the garage you can use at the beach. Also you might opt-in for 5 cruiser bikes which are great for doing trips to the beaches or to La Jolla. An Albertson is just a half mile away the garnet ave, with all the shops and restaurants, a bit more than mile. Internet and TV is also working well." - H.  "The house was amazing, plenty of room and a very nice balcony at the back with good views and a BBQ. There is a good seated area on the balcony which makes it ideal for relaxing with a few drinks in the sun whilst the BBQ is on the go. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. Pacific beach is within walking distance and the night life in the area is hard to match. The property is ideal for anyone that wants to be able to see the sights of San Diego along with having your own place that you can happily relax in. "Our family spent our Christmas vacation at this lovely home in Pacific Beach. This home with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms provided great accommodations for our family of 6 adults and a baby. All the rooms were large, well equipped and the beds were comfortable The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans etc. allowing us to cook and eat many of our meals at home. The entire house was very clean, modern and provided a wonderful get away for our family. One of the best areas was the beautiful deck off both the master bedroom and living room with great seating to eat or just relax. The view of the Pacific Ocean from the deck was spectacular especially at sunset. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck soaking up the great sunshine. "This place has got everything you can want in a house. Almost all of the furniture are brand new and of excellent quality. It has got TVs with cable and computer with a lot of movies etc, really guick WIFI, table tennis, surfboards, boogie boards, bicycles,...
