"We were on a ladies trip with four of us and this turned out to be a good spot for us. There are two very large bedrooms and two of the gals offered to sleep on the twin beds in the loft. Though the hosts mentioned they only have a 40 gallon hot water tank, we staggered our showers and we had no issues. Access was very easy and it was just a quick 8 minute walk down to the village. "Had a great time in this condo! We were 7 total, with four adults and three kids (10, 7 and 2) and really this condo was perfect for us. Kerri was a fantastic host and incredibly responsive (even when I was an idiot and didnt notice Dimmers attached to the light switches). The place has EVERYTHING you need -especially a ton of cooking pots and pans and utensils! We ate-in every meal (7 vegans and not a ton of options in Mammoth) and it was fantastic. I snowboarded every day (Main Lodge is only 4 miles away) in June but if you come in the winter, you can walk in your boots to the Village gondola its so close. "Kerri's condo was absolutely perfect in every way! It was so cozy and beautiful, made us feel right at home, which was so nice especially after long days of snowboarding in snow storms. :) It offered amazing views out the windows as we sat by a warm fireplace, sipping on wine and watching the snowfall. :) The condo was located 5 minutes away from the village and about 15 minutes away from the main lodge. Kerri's binder was also very beneficial, as it listed detailed information about all the amenities and recreational activities within the area.
