The Hilton Head Resort is a gated resort that offers the perfect Oceanside retreat for those who like to enjoy the beach no matter what time of the year. The gorgeous beaches are just steps away via the private boardwalk. While walking on the boardwalk to the beach or to the beach cabana, Coco's on the Beach, you can stop to enjoy the beautiful ecological marsh or you can ride the convenient shuttle during the season.

Property Amenities
We just completed some renovations on this newly owned property. It has ceramic tile and Pergo wood laminate throughout. Has a full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, etc. There is a large HDTV in living room with cable, and blu-ray/dvd player. Additionally, there is a TV in the master complete with cable TV, and a VCR and DVD player. And we have a small lcd tv in the second bedroom that will play DVDs. We have several VHS onsite including some kids videos and a few fun films such as Caddyshack and Star Wars.
We have several beach chairs, a pack and play, travel baby swing, small booster seat for a toddler,linens, towels and more, all the amenities of home for your beach getaway at our little retreat.
There is free Resort Wireless in our building. So, you can sit at the table in the kitchen area of the condo and hook right up if you need to have a connection to the life you left behind.
Community Amenities
2 outdoor pools, indoor heated pool, baby pool, Jacuzzi, sauna room, lighted tennis courts, , jogging track, badmitten courts, workout area, beach, Deli and Cabana as well as 24 hour private gated security.
The extensive system of walking/biking paths in Hilton Head cross the entrance of the Resort and you can easily walk to the nearby Shelter Cove Mall, grocery store, local park, and Starbucks right down the road.
