• Kids and adults alike can enjoy the shared heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi/Hot tub set in a beautiful and tranquil courtyard - right next door. We close the pool area at 9:30pm to respect the noise level of other guests
• The house offers: wifi, satellite TV, games, novels, local cel phone, safe, washing machine & dryer, local travel guides.
• A private flower-filled garden with a comfortable hammock
• We have the perfect kitchen for you, fully equipped, including a Magimix and Juicer! However, if you feel like taking some time off from the kitchen, our wonderful cook, Dona Mayda, can create delicious home made meals to suit all taste buds.
• Babysitter available (at an additional charge) for you to delight the multitude of restaurants in Antigua, please ask Flor about it

This beautiful colonial-style home is the perfect home base from which you and your family and friends can explore the delights that this UNESCO Heritage Site offers. The ruins, cathedrals, museums, restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops that are dotted throughout the cobble-stoned streets are all easily accessible by foot.
Guest access
One week prior to arrival, we send you an email with the code to a lockbox, which contains the master key for the front door, so you can just let yourself in and arrive at the time that is convenient to you, after check-in time.
You will have full access to the home including the pool and hot tub - mi casa, es tu casa.

Our manager Flor is in Antigua she will be happy to help you arrange with: dinner reservations or any advice about our favorite places to visit.
If you want to meet fellow travelers, then hang out by the pool next door, which is shared with 4 other homes.

Getting around
Antigua is a friendly walkeable small city; feel welcome and safe to walk during the day. Otherwise, we can arrange a taxi or Tuk Tuk to come pick you up from our property.

We provide you with a welcome book with suggestions on what to do in Antigua. I was involved in the travel industry for 20 years; so don't hesitate to ask me for advice!
