"The grounds keeper was there to meet us and help us with our bags. He was there every day and was very helpful and friendly, as was the house keeper, who also came for an hour or so every day and even did our laundry. We received several emails prior to our arrival with detailed instructions about how to get there, etc., which turned out to be quite necessary and were greatly appreciated. We also received follow up emails to make sure everything was fine, which it was. The area is very beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. It is also not far from transport to get you to any adventures around the lake that might interest you."
