Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms $15 each night up to a maximum of 10. Infants and toddlers under the age of 4 stay free.
3 to 7 night minimum stay depending on the holiday and demand.
$15 per night, up to a maximum of $50 per animal. Well behaved pets (limit 2) and responsible owners are welcome.
A 10% county occupancy tax will be applied to all rates.
A $250 deposit is required to hold your reservation. This will be returned to you within 14 days of departure minus damage and extraordinary cleaning fees.
A $90 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel with 60 days notice - deposit will be returned minus a $50 service fee.
Cancel with less than 60 days notice - deposit will be forfeited.
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:30 AM, unless otherwise arranged.
