We're located in the middle of Zihuatanejo's fabled Playa La Ropa, one of the most beautiful beaches on the planet, so we're only a short walk from the beach, numerous restaurants, bars, and other attractions. You can make your vacation as relaxing or as active as you like - the choices are yours! If you can pull yourself out of your hammock, there are numerous activities within walking distance or a short bus or taxi ride away. There are other sleepy beaches where you can unwind far from the crowds but you can also enjoy fine dining, sunset cruises, shopping, dancing, spas, tennis, golf, yoga, artisan markets, horseback riding, traditional cultural shows, world-class fishing, surfing, and so much more! The modern resort of Ixtapa is just five kilometers to the north, the Zihua/Ixtapa Airport about the same distance to the south.
For your convenience there is maid service, wireless Internet, local phone and cell phone. For your comfort there are ceiling fans as well as state-of-the-art air conditioning and for your enjoyment there is a flat-screen TV, CD sound system and the fabulous ever-changing panoramic vista - featuring nightly sunsets! The gated Casa Que Ve Al Mar complex has two gorgeous infinity pools, a small exercise room, 24-hour security, parking, and quick walking access to Playa la Ropa.

CANCELLATIONS-For non-holiday rental cancellations made at least 60 days in advance of arrival date, the initial payment of 50% will be refunded less 10% of the total contract price IF the unit can be re-rented at the same price. If the unit can be re-rented only at a lower rate, the difference will be withheld. For this reason, we suggest you purchase trip insurance from your travel agent.
No refund will be given for a cancellation made less than 30 days in advance. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR HOLIDAY RENTALS!
