Deposits:
Within 90 days of rental, payment on full. Outside of 90 days, 50% with balance dues within 90 days of rental. Refunds based upon re-renting of property at similar terms. As a small rental service provider, the Washingtonville Getaway will be removed from listing upon acceptance of deposit. Guests failing to come as scheduled limits the property owner's ability to rent. For this reason, deposit and refund rules are strictly observed.
