This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, non-smoking, vacation condo is located in the beautiful Waikoloa Beach Resort. This unit is an "A" floor plan which has a larger kitchen and additional half bath. The Vistas are all steel and concrete construction making the units very quiet and peaceful. The unit has a view of the bay and the volcanoes, Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa and Hualalai.
Tucked away in a private, gated community, this unit overlooks the eighth hole of a championship golf course, and is just minutes from other championship golf courses. The unit is very close to many desirable sites.
One of the best is, The beach at A-Bay (Anaeho'malu Bay) is just a short walk, A-Bay's white sand, crescent beach features unbelievable snorkeling, kayaking, kite surfing and countless other beach activities in a gorgeous setting. Water excursions are available from the beach at A-Bay, snorkeling, diving, sunset cruises and whale watches!
You may not want to leave this gated community due to the access to amenities. There is an on-site new fitness facility, pool, hot tub/spa, and gas grill and BBQ. The unit itself is a recently updated condo with all of the desirable extras. The kitchen is loaded with all necessary gadgets and extras. We also include everything one needs for a perfect day at the beach, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs and a cooler.

Perfect for a family trip, the master bedroom has a new king-sized bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The twin beds can be arranged as a king bed. The new Washer and Dryer are conveniently located in the unit, making it perfect for a long stay with the family - even the kids!
Should you choose to venture out, grocery stores and fantastic shopping is located just minutes away. Many excellent high quality restaurants are located in the nearby shopping centers, The King and Queen shops, and the Waikoloa Beach Hilton is a stone's throw away.
It's truly amazing how many activities one could take in within just a few miles. Pamper yourself with a world-class spa treatment, attend a traditional Hawaiian Luau, go on a glass-bottomed boat ride, snorkel at A-Bay, enjoy swimming or windsurfing in the warm, tranquil waters, or simply lay on one of the many beaches and soak up the famous Hawaiian sun.
