$350.00 Security/damage deposit is gladly refunded after your stay if the condo is returned to us as you found it.
The minimum age to rent this condo is 25 and the maximum for occupancy is 10 persons. We rent for a minimum of 5 nights, but longer stays may be required at certain times of year.
