Welcome to Tranquillity - our DSL-equipped waterfront vacation condo on the Gulf of Mexico in Cedar Key Florida. If you must work on vacation, we are set up to make you comfortable while you work. (The views are distracting however!)
Our third floor (top floor!), north-facing, corner condo has a private balcony, gourmet kitchen, king and queen bedrooms, and two baths set in a small, quiet, condo complex. Built in 2002, furnishings were chosen to impart a feeling of peace and tranquillity to complement the breathtaking panoramic views of Florida's Nature Coast.

Birdwatching - Cedar Key is surrounded by a wildlife refuge with many nesting species, inshore and offshore fishing on Florida's Big Bend, park your car and walk to everywhere you need to go in town, many good daytrips from Cedar Key. Cedar Key is NOT a beach town - we don't get the spring/summer break crowds. Swimming is best in the condo complex pool or off one of the many small island reachable by kayak or boat.

"Our family enjoyed a very relaxing 4 day weekend. What a beautiful place! We tried to do everything and still fit in afternoon naps. We've taste tested most of the eating spots, including trying the Palm Salad. We rented a golf cart to dart about town and found that a fun and cool way to travel. My daughter and her friends rented a canoe to visit the neighring island, saw porpoises and sunbathed. We've visited museums and done a sand-dollaring trip. We think this is a great getaway and hope to retunr for the seafood festival in Oct."
