Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms No additional cleaning fees. Florida Tax is not included and will be added to your cost. If we approve your dog, a $10/pet/visit will be charged.
In-season months (February through July 15) are booked on a weekly basis. Most holidays and festival weekends from July 15 - Feb. 1 require a minimum of 4 nights and will not be reserved more than 3 weeks in advance unless you reserve at least a week's stay. Please inquire to verify required number of days.
Holidays and festivals book up quickly. The minimum booking is a requirement. Busy times include the usual holidays, the Arts Festival in April, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and the Seafood Festival in October. Please email us with questions.
Rates do not include Florida 9% tax. No additional cleaning fees are charged. A credit card number or check for one night's stay is required to reserve stays of up to one week. Longer stays require at least a week's rental deposit.
