Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Additional fees include 12.5% tax, $25 administrative fee, $90 cleaning and a $250 (refundable) security deposit. A 15% premium will be added during 4th of July week and Easter. During our busy season's we only for a minimum of 7 nights Saturday-Saturday.
