Nelsons' Cottage is located in the heart of the quaint and charming neighborhood of Union Street in San Francisco, California. The fully detached Cottage is just one block from all the cafes, boutiques, restaurants, banks, taxis and buses that Union Street offers. There are 2 convenience stores within a 1 minute walk and a small park just across the road.
This delightful property is tucked away behind a beautifully restored 'Painted Lady' Victorian home, and reflects the classic signature character San Francisco is famous for the world over. It is surrounded by lovely garden views from almost every window and is the perfect retreat, whether away from home due to business or pleasure.
There is a private entrance that leads you through a pretty English-style garden to the Cottage, which sits in the middle of the block, surrounded by gardens, so that it is completely peaceful and private. The Cottage, which is decorated to a very high standard, has a living room with a wood-burning stove, fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen with a dining area for four, a very pretty master bedroom with a king sized bed facing the garden, and a delightful second bedroom with a queen size bed and has French doors leading to a private patio - the perfect spot for breakfast or relaxing on the chaise lounge. The bathroom is beautifully appointed with deep soaking tub with shower.
