Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Rates start at $179/+ tax based on double. $20/+ tax extra per night for extra guests. Please add 8.3% WA State tax & 2% Island Co Tax to rates....Pets are considered with a pet fee and agreeance of our very reasonable "Pet Rules" Two Night Minimum --Three Nights during busy Summer weekends/Holiday time-frames -- One Night "By Chance" and subject to an additional $50 cleaning fee.
