Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Rates are based on 4 guests; add $10.00 per night, per additional guest. Please add 11% occupancy and improvement district tax. Management & Cleaning fee is $110 per stay. $300 refundable reservation/security deposit due to confirm booking. Weekends and holidays include a minimum stay and may not be split to avoid the relevant nightly charge.
