Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Please add $100.00 cleaning fee and 12.5% Florida Tax to each rate. The damage deposit is $200.00 and is gladly refunded after your stay if the condo is returned to us just as you found it.
We use an online reservation system, and all payments and paperwork are done in the system. Credit cards are processed through PayPal, so you can be assured that your transaction is smooth and secure.
$200.00 is required at the time of booking, and the balance is due 15 days before occupancy. Cancellation fee after deposit is $200.00. Once final payment is made, refunds are only given if we are able to re-rent your dates to another party. We strongly recommend trip insurance.
