WINTER RATES: December 1st to April 15th 2 Nt Minimum: $375.00/Nt - 3-4 Nts: $325.00/Nt - 5-6 Nts: $280.00/Nt Plus tax. Holiday Rate: $375.00/Nt - Three night minimum. Deposit of one nights rent required to confirm. Remainder due upon arrival. No Cleaning Fee / No Hot Tub Fee / No Pets! Group sizes over 8 Guests - $25 charge / Guest / night - Under 3 yrs stay free.
