3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom Corner lot with in-ground pool. The house is very clean and fully furnished. Located in a nice quiet North Port neighborhood, this comfortable three bedroom, two and one half bath, vacation home is situated on a very nice corner lot. It has a spacious backyard complete with a canal for easy access to fishing. The Pool/Patio area is great for Backyard party/Barbecue or just sipping your coffee outside in the morning and enjoying the quiet stillness of the pool water and sun. The Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed and Private Bathtub/shower combo. 2nd Bedroom equipped with full size bed and a 3rd Bedroom with 2 Twin beds. Both share a 2nd full Bathroom with bathtub/shower combo.There is a pull out twin bed in the Living room for added sleeping needs. A separate half bath sits adjacent to the kitchen and is perfect for the pool area.The Kitchen is spacious and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The home has an attached 2 car garage for easy parking and convenience.

There is Cable TV with HBO on 2 LED HDTV's One a smart tv so you can log on to your Netflix or Favorite apps, A DVD player w/dvd's, Full Internet access and also a house phone with Long distance.There are 5 bikes, cooler,Beach umbrella and beach chairs for your use. The Home is Protected by an alarm system. Property manager is a family member and is only a few minutes away if you need anything. Small dogs are allowed with a small fee and refundable deposit. I'm sorry but i cannot accept cats.
