Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Maximum occupancy 8 people. Rates listed are for up to 4 people. Add $10 per night for each person above 4. Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day Please inquire for holiday rates Weekly Special: Stay 6 nights and get the 7th night FREE. (7th night at lesser rate) Additional Fees: Cleaning fee= $85 per rental period Tax = 10 % (Includes Sales tax and Local Occupancy Tax) *SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A $250 security deposit is required at time of booking to hold your reservation.
