All rates plus 17.5% tax and fees. 50% deposit required and balance due 30 prior to arrival. No refunds after 30 days unless property can be re-rented. Then a refund of the days re-rented minus a cancellation fee of $50.00. There is a dog fee of $50.00 for 1-2 dogs and $100.00 for 3 or 4 dogs. More than 8 guests, each extra guest up to 10 is $25.00 per person per night. Check-Out is 11:00 a.m.
