Welcome to our immaculate contemporary condo in the Harbour Towne complex, Lake Ozark, Missouri.
This complex offers a great location on the North Shore of the Lake of the Ozarks, just two and a half hours from St. Louis or Kansas City.
Come enjoy your vacation in style at our warm contemporary non-smoking lake-front condo. Enjoy a meal, your favorite refreshments, or just take in the main channel view from the screened-in deck.
Here you will find a bright and comfortable living and dining area. This condominium features a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The dining area will easily accommodate four to eight. All linens are provided. You will just need to bring your food, beverages, toiletries, beach towels, and favorite fishing pole.
The master bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom. Two other bedrooms share the hall bath. One of these bedrooms features a king bed, while the other has two twin beds. There is a king-size sofa sleeper in the living area. Each of the bedrooms has a television. The master bedroom has a 27 inch TV. The second bedroom has a DVD player and TV while the third bedroom has a VCR-TV combination. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer.
The condominium is just a few easy steps down from the parking lot, great for bringing in groceries or gear. You will have one designated parking space for your use. Parking for additional vehicles is available nearby.
There are two heated pools in the complex. The Harbour Towne lakeside pool offers a view plus room to spread out and enjoy the sun. The pool is reached by a lake-side paved walkway that leads from the condo to the pool. The second pool is hill-side and has a gorgeous view of the lake. There is also a tennis court, a walking path, and a children's playground nearby.
The property is located in the Harbour Towne complex on the lake's convenient North Shore. Located at the 1.5 MM, you are just minutes from Highway 54. This is a great location, with minimal traffic, offering easy access from both Kansas City and St. Louis. Bagnell Dam, Shopping, amusements, golfing and a wide variety of restaurants are all located just minutes away in Lake Ozark and Osage Beach.

"We have stayed in your Condo two times both of which we enjoyed. The Condo is furnished with everything you could possibly need. Our daughter and her son and husband went with us and were impressed with the furnishings. Everything is done first class. We will return( hopefully ) each year as we have a family reunion in the Ozarks. Believe we have found our home away from home. "
