Please add 10.725% sales tax to all rates. $60 cleaning fee is applied to rentals of 5 days or less. Refundable $200 security deposit required with all stays. Rental confirmed upon payment of security deposit plus one half of the rental amount. Minimum stay of two nights, 3 nights in-season plus for Holiday Weekends (Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving). We accept PayPal and Visa/Mastercard for reservation deposits.
