TWO 2-BEDROOMS, SIX MORE LARGER 2-BEDROOMS + DEN AREA, AND TWO 1-BEDROOMS AT HARBOR STEPS - PLEASE INQUIRE!!

Sleeps 8, but 6 adults max. $15/person/night beyond 4 guests.

$300 refundable deposit holds dates with balance due 30 days before stay.

Elevated rates for Seahawks weekends

$115 cleaning fee and 15.7% tax applies to all stays less than 30 nights.

Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 11am (can leave luggage at front desk if needed, provided they have space).

Garage parking in building is $24/nt + tax (every 5th night parking is free!)
