A 50% deposit is required in each reservation. Balance is due two weeks prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of $100.00 is required in each cottage rental.
Reservations are considered as commitments for the full period requested. Deposits are security against vacancies caused by cancellations or date changes. In the event of cancellation of any cottage reservation, the deposit will be refunded, less a service charge of $50.00, only when the cottage has been re-rented for the same time period and the next renter's deposit is received.
