This charming 3 bedroom/2 bathroom cabin sleeps 8 {3 queen beds, a queen-size sleeper sofa, & 2 comfortable queen-size air mattresses so 2 adults can each have their own or they should adequately sleep 4 kids} and is located in the popular Arts & Crafts community of Gatlinburg.^ It is NOT on a mountain, so is easily accessible year-round by any type of vehicle! The driveway can accommodate up to three standard vehicles. Although the cabin is a short stroll to many good shops and eateries {no sidewalks}, there is a trolley stop nearby to take you to the downtown "strip". There you will find Ripley's Aquarium, Anakeesta, Space Needle, SkyLift Park, popular stores, delicious restaurants, moonshine bars, and various entertainment. The cabin is also conveniently located near the Gatlinburg Convention Center, the Ober Gatlinburg ski slopes, Dollywood, and Smoky Mountains National Park. This includes a large/heated/indoor swimming pool that is available from June to September. The property offers a fully-equipped kitchen {stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, mixer, toaster, griddle, coffee maker with coffee/filters/creams/sugars, tea kettle, utensils, dishes, stemware, pots/pans, bake ware, cookbooks, cooking spices}, Weber charcoal grill/grilling utensils, WiFi, 4 cable televisions {3 "Smart"} with 237 channels!, cordless telephones {FREE long-distance calls throughout U.S., Canada, Mexico, and some Caribbean}, facsimile machine, built-in desk with basic office supplies, AM/FM radio, portable AM/FM CD boombox, DVD player, 2 VCR's, extensive movie collection, luggage rack, sound spa {acoustic relaxation machine} for the light sleeper, alarm clocks, hair dryers, iron/ironing board/starch, ceiling fans {1 in every bedroom}, air conditioning, heating, electric blanket, realistic electric fireplace that emits heat, deluxe air purifier, full-size washer/dryer {detergent supplies provided}, clean cold-weather/ski clothes/boots/accessories, pantry, dog feeder/mat, 2 wood decks totaling 40 feet in length {pet gates available to keep dogs securely/safely on decks}, new boardwalk, bubbling stream along the entire front yard, outdoor furniture {including 2 tables that seat 8 total}, outdoor games {badminton, horseshoes, bean bag toss}, large stone fire pit {wood not provided but abundant sticks/branches on property}, monthly pest control service, back pack, binoculars, and abundant pillows/linens/blankets/towels to easily accommodate up to 8 persons are all provided for your convenience. {If you do not see a particular amenity listed above, it is not available at this cabin, but may be at our other Gatlinburg property posted below}. CLEANING CHARGE: There is a standard departure Cleaning Charge of $200 {recently increased in order to retain quality cleaners} added to each reservation for this spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom property. ALL vacation rentals have a cleaning fee in addition to their posted rates. PET FEE: Dogs Only Allowed {MUST Be Completely House-Broken, Totally Flea-Free, Very Well-Behaved, & Crated When Left Alone If Necessary} ~ $50 per Dog Non-Refundable Fee. There is No limit on the Amount of Dogs, the Size of Dogs, the Weight of Dogs, or the Breed of Dogs. Please Disclose if You Will Have a Dog{s} When You Submit Your Initial Inquiry. TAX: 14% {Rentals that do not charge this mandatory city/county/state total tax are illegal and NOT licensed or regulated}. REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT: 25% of the base rental amount or $250, whichever is greater {double for foreign guests}. This is standard policy of virtually all ZellePay and PayPal merchants since, as further explained below, we do not obtain our guests' confidential credit card information as collateral. DEPOSITS: To keep our rates competitive, we must keep our administrative costs low. Therefore, the full rental amount is due to confirm a reservation. PAYMENT OPTIONS: Due to popular demand, we accept 3 convenient payment options ~ ZellePay {FREE to guest}, Wire Transfer {$15 to guest}, and PayPal {3% to guest but still MUCH cheaper than what vacation rental sites charge that averages 12%}. Since the merchant {property owner} NEVER sees the user's {guest's} bank account or credit card information, the user's data can NOT be hacked! Additionally, since all merchants are thoroughly and regularly vetted, there are NO safer or more secure payment methods on the planet. Never provide your credit card information online to a third party {management company/vacation rental site} that charges you fees AND has unlimited access to make unauthorized charges to your account, which are extremely difficult to contest. DISCOUNTS: Our best rates are those posted and are FIRM. We do not offer any "last minute" deals, specials, or government/military discounts {although we love and appreciate those who serve}. Rate reduction requests are automatically considered generic. Such inquiries are reported as SPAM, blocked from the system, and immediately deleted. For obvious privacy/security/safety reasons, we never disclose the street number to strangers over the Internet. It is, of course, specified on the rental agreement. Please be aware that we reserve the right to decline travelers with poor language, communication, and/or reading skills for obvious reasons. ~ Always Rent OWNER-DIRECT if you desire prompt and excellent service that a management company is rarely able and/or willing to provide. Also, this way you will avoid paying the huge "Service Fee", etc., that large vacation rental sites charge, while using unsafe/third-party/overseas payment system software {i.e., Yapstone's "RentPayment"} that gets hacked.
