This ground floor easy access one bedroom, two bath condominium offers breathtaking panoramic ocean views, with all the amenities of home. In fact, this could be your home-away-from-home. The condo has 1022 square feet of living space, and has recently been remodeled including granite and tumbled travertine-style flooring through out the entry way, kitchen, living/dining room and bathrooms.
Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the lanai and watching the sky light up at sunrise. In the evening, raise your glass as you hear the neighborhood conch blowers pay homage to the perfect sunset. December through April will boast some of the most amazing whale-watching in the entire state all viewable from your private lanai.

Wailea Ekolu Village is a privately owned 148 unit residential-resort condominium Association. Ekolu residents enjoy exclusive use of our two swimming pools, barbeque grills and a recreation pavilion with a complete kitchen and covered open-air lounge. Information on island activities and a stocked library for your reading pleasure is available in the Pavilion adjacent to the Office. Our manager resides on the property and his office and services are the exclusive benefit of the owners and their guest.
DISCLAIMER: If you watched our 3 minute video you may have seen a computer in the condo. We found that most guest either travel with a laptop or Ipad for anything for work and more often people just want to print their boarding pass. So we have left a wireless printer in the condo and have since removed the desktop computer. Mahalo for your understanding.

"Condo 607 has a wonderful expansive view of the ocean, much better than beach front. The area is quiet and peaceful. The condo itself has everything you could possibly require, the owners have thought of everything! We spent every sunset on the lanai with our martinis watching the whales. We were able to walk to all the restaurants we ate at, and loved our beach path walk every morning. Only downside is that the condo is close to the pool and even 2 children can make a lot of noise. Also being the downstairs condo, you do hear the upstairs residents walking around. I think the residents of 608 when we were visiting were very heavy footed though as we didn't hear any other noise from them. We had a very relaxing vacation, the best yet, much better than the very busy resorts on the beach front! The owners were great, even providing a welcome basket and great recommendations of things to do and places to eat. We would recommend this property. "
