Cancellations & Policies:

Cancellations 61 or more days from arrival will be 100% Refund less a $250 processing fee.
In the event of cancellation with 60 or fewer days before arrival, a full or partial refund of the rental fee and/or security deposit may be made dependent on the Owner's ability to rent to other parties for the specified rental period. Pro-rata refund (except administration fee of 25% of total rental) will apply if we are able to rent the condo during your reserved dates. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Owner and no refunds will be made due to inclement weather or travel conditions. We strongly recommend vacation insurances.
