Our place is a nicely renovated (06/2006) modern clean and cosy 3 room apartment situated at the entrance of Chisinau (main street coming from the airport).
The rental accommodation looks out on the new football / sport fitness centre “Zimbru” (with some luck you see a live match, yes maybe Moldova against Brazil .....). Shops are around and buses stop right in front of the building. Parking possibilities are in yard, a security parking is on other side of road.
We are at the top of the building - 16th floor- so VERY BEAUTIFUL VIEWS- with
windows at both sides of the building: morning sun in bedroom and evening
sun in sitting /TV room and in kitchen/dining room.
The apartment is 80m² large, offers a normal sized bedroom with free standing double bed, a cupboard, a make-up place and a dresser with a 54cm TV and a cosy study or second bedroom (the sofa is a double bed). The living/TV room (a 72cm, 100MHz screen) area is integrated with the of hall (all 38m²). The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining place is separated from it with a bar element. In the living too the sofas is possible to use as bed.
