Offering a sweeping view from the Sao Jorge castle, across the shining Rio Tejo and over the Rossio, this sunny one-bedroom apartment welcomes you to Lisbon.
A quick three-minute walk from the Rossio, Casa Santana provides easy access to shops, restaurants and transportation... while hidden away on a quiet, cobblestone residential street. Every room, including the bathroom, has views over Lisbon's tiled roofs. Located on the second floor of a recently restored 19th century building, this apartment offers ample privacy for two couples traveling together.
Like all of our properties, Casa Santana features handstitched Arraiolos rugs, comfortable Portuguese furnishings and local artwork and pottery. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room provides a sofa/trundlebed which easily converts to two comfortable twin beds. (No uncomfortable sofabeds allowed.)
NOTE: Casa Travessa and Casa Santana are in adjacent buildings, perfect for family and friends traveling together. In addition, Casa Santana seats eight people, allowing groups from both apartments to gather at Casa Santana before heading out for a day, or night, on the town.
