The villas has an automatic garage door, so you can drive into and out of the villa without getting out of your car for comfort and safety!
There are two large bedrooms, the master having a spacious King bed, remote TV, walk in dressing room/wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and built in robes. There is also a family bathroom. Attached to the sitting room is a screened tile floor Lanai / sun room with patio table and chairs ideal so you can sit outside and look out over the landscaped gardens.
The living room has new furniture and floor coverings, also the high vaulted ceilings and 1350sq ft of living space makes it feel very roomy and relaxing. There is a Large flat screen Cable TV and DVD player.

In total there are 3 eating areas and the kitchen is top quality with all the appliances needed to give you the choice of making this your home from home.
The villa is set in quiet cul de sac, and has just undergone a makeover. The location is great for kids and they can play safely at the pool or tennis courts and other activities on site.
The large heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sundecks are top quality. The clubhouse is great for meeting new people or just sitting in the library, and enjoying the peace and quiet.
