It is a “Key West” style house with a dock located on Alligator Creek. The property is surrounded by majestic pineapple palm trees which give it a lush tropical feel and a view that can be enjoyed through the numerous windows and on a variety of porches. This beautiful Florida vacation home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Avery's Seaside Oasis is a very spacious vacation home. The main living area is upstairs with a sizeable family room that is a combination dining room and living room. The family room is bordered by a screened-in porch (lanai) and an air-conditioned sunroom. The master bedroom has a King-size bed along with new bedroom furniture. The second large bedroom has a Queen bed. The second bedroom has an adjoining screened in porch. All bedrooms have large closets and both bathrooms are full size and have showers. One also has a bath tub/shower combination. The house features central air conditioning and heat (for the rare nights in winter when the temp drops below 60) and has a washer/dryer.
